How long does it take to get my photos?
It takes a few hours for our AI to generate your photos. Once complete, we will send you an email with a link to all of your photos
What type of photos should I upload?
For optimal photos follow our basic guidelines to generate the best possible photos. We recommend 8-20 photos of your pet in various lighting and settings
Can I get a refund?
Yes, we can refund purchases made within the first 14 days, provided you haven’t trained the AI yet. After 14 days, it is no longer eligible for a refund.

What do you do with my photos after training?
They are deleted within 48 hours.
